Arbitrator Update/Panel Application

The Energy Arbitrators List (EAL) is an essential tool in assisting parties to energy related arbitration proceedings with the nomination of experienced energy industry arbitrators. EAL arbitrators are highly experienced in energy disputes with legal, business and/or technical industry expertise subdivided by industry segment.

Current EAL Arbitrators – Resume Update Form:

For resume changes involving more than category listing updates, use the Resume Information Form. Information provided on the form will be updated as soon as possible with the exception of updates to category listings which will be held for an annual committee review commencing in May.

The Experience Update Form should be used when updates are requested for only category listing and/or for inclusion in a new category. Information provided on the form will be held for an annual committee review commencing in May.

Submit the appropriate form to EnergyArbitratorsList@adr.org. Please do not email a scanned copy of the form.

New Applicants for EAL Panel – Application Form:

Experienced energy arbitrators interested in applying should complete and return the Resume Information Form to EnergyArbitratorsList@adr.org by May 1st. The form is very detailed and will allow for more useful search functions. Please do not submit a scanned copy of the form. A typed signature is sufficient.

Submission of the form will allow the EAL Review Committee and the ICDR to evaluate you for possible inclusion and proper categorization on the EAL. You will be notified of the results of the annual review in September.
